Whenever someone searches for a Geordie website, naturally they will enter the keyword Geordie or Geordieland for example and then usually the topic line they are looking for, (i.e. Geordie history or Geordie sports)
fully expecting to be able to view information regarding the Geordie
historical, cultural or even or sporting way of life via the search engine results these keywords create.
Generally though, that is not what occurs, instead we will usually get is a few relevant websites mixed in with hundreds if not thousands of web links that have nothing whatsoever to do with Geordie people
or even in fact Geordieland.
Well that need not happen again, because here at the Geordie Website Directory you will get "exactly what it says on the tin", straightforward links to Geordie orientated websites, web pages,
music, videos, traditional
Geordie folk songs
and much more which can be accessed by simply clicking on the various picture links, video links and of course
web page text links.
Throughout the directory you will notice clickable text links are generally in the Magpie blue font colour such as the one below.
100 Year Old Tyne River Estuary Bridge Is Demolished
We have now also
recently added a new
Geordie Forum where you can
freely comment on Geordie sporting matters, discuss current news events, advertise for local staff,
share your Geordie sense of humour and even promote your local community groups
and events.
